Job description

  • Office Experience Coordinator

  • Sydney CBD | Immediate Start
  • Award-Winning Culture

We’re currently recruiting for a high-energy and proactive Office Experience Coordinator to join a vibrant, people-first team in the heart of Sydney. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for someone who thrives in a corporate environment, enjoys being the go-to person in the office, and is confident juggling a variety of tasks each day.

About the Role
This role is all about delivering an exceptional office experience for staff and guests — you’ll be the friendly face at the front desk, the go-to for all things office support, and the person who keeps the office running like clockwork. No two days will look the same, and you’ll play a key part in everything from event coordination to facilities, admin, and team culture initiatives.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
  • Managing front-of-house reception duties and welcoming guests
  • Coordinating office supplies, catering, meeting rooms and general facilities
  • Supporting events across APAC offices including morning teas, town halls and end-of-month celebrations
  • Handling all courier, mail, and delivery coordination
  • Partnering with HR to support onboarding (welcome boxes, equipment dispatch)
  • General admin support to the People & Culture team

About You

You’re a natural people-person with a positive, can-do attitude. You’re known for being two steps ahead, love taking initiative, and are always looking for ways to improve how things are done. You’re highly organised, confident juggling multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced office environment.

  • Is confident, bubbly and approachable — a true team player
  • Has previous experience in office coordination, facilities or front-of-house
  • Is resilient, solution-focused and proactive
  • Knows their way around a corporate environment
  • Is tech-savvy and proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Has excellent communication and multitasking skills
  • Full Australian working rights – essential due to temp-to-perm nature of the role

What’s in it for you?

  • Be part of a business that’s been awarded Great Place to Work five years in a row
  • Energetic, high-performing and people-first culture
  • Fantastic office vibe — friendly, fast-moving and collaborative
  • Monthly social events, team lunches, and more.
  • Sydney CBD location, close to public transport
  • Pathway to a permanent role for the right person
