Personal Assistant to CEO

  • Temp-to-Perm Opportunity

We’re currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and fast-growing organisation based in Mascot. We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support their CEO. This is a broad and varied role, combining traditional PA responsibilities with light property and facilities coordination.

The ideal candidate will be confident managing competing priorities, comfortable working at a senior level, and enjoy being part of a fast-paced, high-performing environment. This role is suited to someone who takes initiative, is solutions-focused, and thrives in a position where no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level support to a dynamic CEO – calendar management, travel arrangements, board paper prep, coordinating meetings and more.
  • Act as the central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist with personal errands and tasks, including school pickups/drop-offs
  • Assist with light facilities/property coordination –  maintenance, lease records, and liaising with landlords/contractors.
  • Maintain confidentiality, keep things running smoothly, and help ensure the CEO can focus on big-picture priorities.
What You Bring:
  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant (bonus if you have experience in property/facilities or office coordination).
  • A clean driver’s license –errands or personal assistance are part of the role.
  • Experience creating board packs is essential.
  • Strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and an eagle eye for detail.
  • Solid Microsoft Office skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities with calm confidence.
  • Love being the go-to person and trusted gatekeeper.
  • Confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels and enjoy being at the heart of a business.
