- Permanent Full Time
- $80,000 - $85,000 + super
Reporting directly to the CFO, some of your duties will include:
- Weekly analysis of expenditure and income per GL
- Updating payroll sheets
- Daily cash flow summary
- Bank reconciliations
- Property Management Revenue Journals
- Dealing with internal and external stakeholders
- Summary investment property schedules
- Amortisation of Council costs
About you
- Experience working in the property industry
- 3+ years experience working in a similar role
- Working towards CA or CPA is desired
- Good communication skills
- Experience working with various internal and external stakeholders
- AUS permanent resident or AUS/NZ citizen
