This large government agency strives to ensure that young children get the best start in life by supporting and regulating the early childhood education and care sector.
About the Role:
My client welcomes an experienced Accounts Clerk to join their busy office based in Hornsby. You will be available immediately to join for a 2-mth contract period. This role sits within a small team operating in a high volume capacity with strict deadlines.
Responsibilities Include:
- Creation of purchase orders to send to suppliers
- Reconciliations of invoices
- Correctly allocating payments
- Data entry
- Creation and maintenance of offline data spreadsheets
About You:
- Experience using SAP
- Experience using TRIM
- Excellent working knowledge of Excel and Word
- Background in Finance and Accounting
- Background in State Government
