Accounts Receivable Officer

The Company:

My client is an ASX listed real estate company and a key player in the industry. They are currently on the lookout for an Accounts Receivable Clerk on a permanent basis who can come in and “hit the ground running”.

The Role:

• Dealing with a backlog of payments
• Customer claims and rebates
• Sending out outstanding claims
• Cash receipting and cash allocation to invoices
• Receipting of credit card payments
• Process refunds and commission payments
• Raising invoices
• Liaising with all parts of the business regarding invoicing and payments

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience in an AR role, minimum 2 years.
• Strong experience in SAP and Excel (ideal)
• The ability to work autonomously as well as being able to work as part of a team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be an Australian permanent resident or citizen
