About the role:
I am seeking an experienced Administrator for a permanent position in Sydney CBD.  The ideal candidate will have experience in working in working in a corporate environment and have very strong administration skills. As the administrator, you will be supporting a high performing team of 8-10 consultants.

Duties within the role will include:

  • liaising with clients
  • booking appointments and interviews
  • compliance administration
  • handling incoming enquiries via telephone and email 
  • processing expenses 
  • processing timesheets
  • document control
  • completing bookings
  • organising travel and accommodation
  • general administration
