About the Company:
This is a wholesale, network provider. They operate within the design, build and wholesale of broadband access across Australia.
About the Role:
We are looking for someone to support the commercial deal Managers and be the central point of contact for a number of internal teams. You will need to be pre-emptive and able to adapt to the changing needs of the team. You will also be collaborating with a diverse group of people to ensure accountabilities are met and engagement remains high.
It is preferred that this person will have experience working within the Telco sector, however, this is not essential.
- Experience in Stakeholder management
- Experience supporting commercial deal managers with end-to-end workflow procedures
- High attention to detail
- Ability to deal with a high volume of workload and work to tight deadlines
- Background in managing external customers
- Salesforce experience and MS Office Suite
- Strong Customer Focus
- A confident Team Player
