About the Company:

This is a wholesale, network provider. They operate within the design, build and wholesale of broadband access across Australia.

About the Role:

We are looking for someone to support the commercial deal Managers and be the central point of contact for a number of internal teams. You will need to be pre-emptive and able to adapt to the changing needs of the team. You will also be collaborating with a diverse group of people to ensure accountabilities are met and engagement remains high.

About You:

It is preferred that this person will have experience working within the Telco sector, however, this is not essential.

  • Experience in Stakeholder management
  • Experience supporting commercial deal managers with end-to-end workflow procedures
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to deal with a high volume of workload and work to tight deadlines
  • Background in managing external customers
  • Salesforce experience and MS Office Suite
  • Strong Customer Focus
  • A confident Team Player
