Job description

A fantastic short term opportunity with one of Australia's Leading Energy providers has presented itself for an experience Credit & Collections Specialist, with the chance of an immediate start in Melbourne's inner suburbs for the right candidate. This will be a 6 month contract, working the afternoon shift (E.g. 4:30PM-9PM) for a minimum of 25 hours p/week.

Reporting to the Customer Solutions Team Leader, the Collections Specialist is responsible for conducting credit activities including Mass Market Inbound and Outbound Telephony Operations, as well as case management to ensure the highest standards of service are maintained and cash collection performance is maximized. Job Requirement's:

  • Expertise in the Revenue & Credit Control function
  • Debt Recovery / Collections experience
  • Proven Verbal & Written communications skills with a focus on Stakeholder engagement
  • Consolidated Conflict Management & Dispute Resolution expertise
