Job description

You will work in a fast-paced and busy call centre environment, managing a diverse range of customer enquiries to retain loyal customers. You will regularly problem solve across a range of call-types to achieve the right outcome for our customers and business. You will ensure the customer journey is efficient, highly engaging, supportive, compliant, and in line with company processes and procedures.

Day to Day Duties:

  • Inbound and Outbound calls to retention clients
  • Outbound calls re overdue policies
  • Inbound calls for renewals, alterations, and cancellations
  • Case work follow up
  • Client and customer liaison
  • Email correspondence
  • Data entry
  • General administration


Experience needed:
To be considered for this role you will be an exceptional communicator who is confident, professional and has a strong focus on customer service. You will have experience working in insurance claims, with an  understanding of Life insurance will be highly regarded.

Your duties will encompass a wide variety of administrative activities, you will also be the first point of contact for customers. You will pro-active, personable and enjoy working as part of a team.
