About the company 

 

Opportunity to work for a financial services firm, who provide fleet management and leasing solutions This position sits within the sales team in the settlements department. 
 

 

Responsibilities  

 

The successful candidate will also be responsible for the following:  

  • Providing high level administrative support to the team 

  • Receiving inbound calls and providing exceptional customer service 

  • Managing email enquiries  

  • Manage key events/tasks of the vehicle purchasing process life cycle - with all stakeholders, in accordance with policy and procedures. 

  • Following up compliance  

  • Continually review, assess and follow up overdue/outstanding orders 

  • Ensure information is always maintained accurately and up to date 

 
Requirements/Skills 

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills - must be professional, approachable, patient and polite 

  • Experience working in a busy administration or customer service role 

  • Must have a high attention to detail 

  • Must be immediately available

  • Competency with IT systems
