About the Role:

  • Enter and process incoming customer orders
  • Take calls, answer emails and process requests during stated Work Hours
  • Resolve any issues and/or escalate to the Manager
  • Take all reasonably practicable steps to maintain the health and safety of yourself and others, and to minimise risks
  • Follow company policies, procedures and reasonable instructions at all times

  • Ability to think on your feet in order to resolve problems efficiently
  • Quick to pick up new processes
  • Willingness and aptitude to learn new procedures and product information
  • Strong work ethic
  • Ability to work under pressure and effectively prioritise work
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Intermediate MS Office literacy
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong understanding of administration procedures e.g. ordering, receipting, invoicing,
  • Ability to work as a team
  • Experience or passion for the IT industry
