About the Role:
- Enter and process incoming customer orders
- Take calls, answer emails and process requests during stated Work Hours
- Resolve any issues and/or escalate to the Manager
- Take all reasonably practicable steps to maintain the health and safety of yourself and others, and to minimise risks
- Follow company policies, procedures and reasonable instructions at all times
The perfect person will have:
- Strong initiative and enthusiasm
- Ability to think on your feet in order to resolve problems efficiently
- Quick to pick up new processes
- Willingness and aptitude to learn new procedures and product information
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to work under pressure and effectively prioritise work
- Excellent verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Intermediate MS Office literacy
- Attention to detail
- Strong understanding of administration procedures e.g. ordering, receipting, invoicing,
- Ability to work as a team
- Experience or passion for the IT industry
