About the Company & Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with an inclusive, modern, and advanced Energy organisation in either Sydney or Melbourne. They have recently seen large growth across both their offices, and with this success, has increased their presence in the market. Their continuous installation of meters are producing large amounts of data, so they require data specialists to support them, help with continuous improvement initiatives and to liaise with internal stakeholders. This role is offering $250pd - $310pd based on experience for an initial 3 months with high chance of extension.
Your Duties:
- Provide feedback on performance enhancements
- Responsible for resolving exceptions arising from data readings and transactions
- Responsible for compliance with data requirements and with the service levels that drive revenue to the metering business
- Assist with the completion of ad-hoc projects
- Liaise with internal staff and stakeholders with issue resolution
Your Experience:
- Minimum 2-3 years in hands on data related roles
- Experience in Energy or Metering is highly desirable
- Avid problem solver
- Clear and open communication with high attention to detail
