Temporary Assignment – Data Entry Assistant- Data Entry Assistant
- Hybrid | 2-3 week assignment
- Full-time | Monday to Friday
- $40-45 per hour + super
- ASAP start date
We are looking for a Data Entry Assistant to join our client’s team for a high-volume, detail-oriented data consolidation project. This role involves compiling and streamlining data from various sources into a centralised system. The successful candidate will be working predominantly with numerical and account data, ensuring accuracy and consistency throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Gathering & Compilation:
- Collect data from 2–3 internal systems or sources, including financial records and pricing data.
- Consolidate multiple datasets into a single, structured database or spreadsheet.
- Accuracy & Consistency:
- Ensure that numeric information (account values, pricing figures, and financial data) is entered with 100% accuracy.
- Identify and flag any inconsistencies or gaps in the data.
- System Use & Management:
- Confidently work with tools such as Microsoft Excel, Word, SharePoint, Windows OS, and Microsoft Dynamics.
- Quality Control:
- Perform final reviews of data sets to ensure completeness and accuracy before submission.
- Maintain detailed records of changes and sources used for future reference.
