Temporary Assignment – Data Entry Assistant
  •   Data Entry Assistant
  •   Hybrid | 2-3 week assignment
  •   Full-time | Monday to Friday
  •   $40-45 per hour + super
  •   ASAP start date

We are looking for a Data Entry Assistant to join our client’s team for a high-volume, detail-oriented data consolidation project. This role involves compiling and streamlining data from various sources into a centralised system. The successful candidate will be working predominantly with numerical and account data, ensuring accuracy and consistency throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Gathering & Compilation:
    • Collect data from 2–3 internal systems or sources, including financial records and pricing data.
    • Consolidate multiple datasets into a single, structured database or spreadsheet.
  • Accuracy & Consistency:
    • Ensure that numeric information (account values, pricing figures, and financial data) is entered with 100% accuracy.
    • Identify and flag any inconsistencies or gaps in the data.
  • System Use & Management:
    • Confidently work with tools such as Microsoft Excel, Word, SharePoint, Windows OS, and Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Quality Control:
    • Perform final reviews of data sets to ensure completeness and accuracy before submission.
    • Maintain detailed records of changes and sources used for future reference.
