About the role

This is a dual role - as the Office Manager you will be the 'go to' person in the office whilst supporting the CEO with EA duties - diary management, travel coordination, general administration and events coordination. 

You will be required to:

EA -

  • Diary management 
  • Meeting coordination 
  • Coordinate travel - international and domestic 
  • Coordinate internal projects 
  • Prepare presentations, agenda's and reports on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
  • Coordinate and attend a global incentive event (Internationally) 
  • Expenses 

Office Manager -

  • Coordinate internal events on a weekly and quarterly basis
  • Lead with internal office moves 
  • Assist with the induction of new employees 
  • Be the point of contact to manage any office maintenance requests 
  • Create monthly and quarterly presentations 
  • Liaise with stakeholders 
  • Assist with health and safety for whole office 
  • Stationary orders 
  • Be the point of contact for any IT/Systems upgrades, changes and access 
  • Coordinate Whole office/Team events internally 

About you

  • 3-5 years in an EA/Office Manager role
  • Be confident in your ability to manage a busy and varied workload with competing deadlines.
  • Experience supporting and coordinating high-performing teams
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills; able to work effectively in a team and on an individual basis
  • Proactive, forward thinking, efficient and discreet with a high attention to detail
