About the role
I am looking for an experienced EA/Office Manager to join a well-established organisation based in Sydney CBD. This is a 10 month Fixed Term Maternity Leave Contract with the potential to extend to 12 months. 

As the EA/Office Manager, you will be providing support to the EA to CEO, and Senior Leadership Team along with providing office management duties to the wider office.
 
Duties to include:

  • Raising order requests
  • Document preparation i.e. compile and collate agendas, presentations, and reports.
  • Raise invoices
  • Preparation of operations manuals and compliance 
  • Assistance with significant projects
  • Diary Management
  • Meeting Coordination
  • Project manage office moves and fit outs accordingly
  • Oversee deliveries and incoming mail
  • Coordinate the day to day running of the office
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • General Office Management duties
  • Be the first point of contact for all queries C
  • oordinate travel bookings 
  • Act as the 'go to' person in the office C
  • oordinate internal events and meetings 
  • Supervising the office coordinator and administration team  

Experience needed:

  • 2-5 years experience in an EA/Office Management focused role
  • High level communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and part of a team
  • Positive approach to work and colleagues
  • High level attention to detail
  • Highly organised
