Summary - You are a recruiter based in Sydney with at least 1yr’s experience who wants to work as an Account manager for some of Charterhouse’s biggest accounts.
A bit about you
You will be equally strong in both candidate management/aftercare and account management , looking to build on our already strong relationships within NSW government.
Charterhouse with set you up for success with excellent training and onboarding programs , you will need to be ambitious, driven and want to naturally put in the effort and activity to be recognised as the “go-to” recruiter in your patch. Sitting in our Tech Government team, the desk focusses on the Project Services space mainly however may have some requirements across other tech areas as the client requires. This desk is best suited to a recruiter that is driven, hungry for success and able to manage the pace and demands of a busy temp desk. If you come from recruiting a similar space, that’s great! But if you're looking to change desks then I'd love to hear from you too. The desk currently has strong job flow and is managed by one of best performers.

Visa’s and stuff you’ll need to know
With the 457 sponsorship changes this year, to be considered for a role are Charterhouse you will need to meet the following criteria: Full Australian working rights (Citizenship or PR) or, Have a degree in a relevant field sufficient experience Experience as a recruiter – operating on a busy temp desk.
