Our client, a renowned government agency is seeking a Cyber Security Architect who will be working in the Cyber Security program as well as providing oversight to other streams, initiatives and internal security posture/patterns.
6 months contract renewable
For this role, you must be an AUSTRALIAN CITIZEN and require completing a baseline assessment
Key Responsibilities & Skills
- Design and the management and adoption of Cyber Security controls across infrastructure, applications and data
- Design in conjunction with engaged suppliers, solution and security designs (both high level and very detailed) and associated functional specifications
- Review and provide guidance on overall security design across projects
- Scope and design the overarching solution and infrastructure designs in conjunction with Subject Matter Experts, Project Managers and Solution and Infrastructure Designers
- Make solution and infrastructure design decisions that ensure effective, secure, scalable, convergent, flexible and manageable solutions of high standards •ensure the quality of technical solutions developed by other Solution & Infrastructure Designers
- Determine resource and capacity requirements for the solutions
- Consider automation and deployment in a distributed architecture
- Produce very detailed infrastructure designs including coverage of IP addresses and firewall rules
- Assist in the development and implementation of migration plans
