This leading ASX listed company has continued to be an industry leader within their sector and due to a surge of growth has seen a number of large programs now in place. An opportunity has arisen for a Junior Project Manager to join the team on a temp basis. Working in a professional and stable team this role will see you work on a number of Security / IAM projects working with senior level stakeholder across the Business. You will play a pivotal part in building capability across the organisation where you will lead and develop others on an exciting transformation program.
Responsibilities
The purpose of the role is to lead and manage the delivery of the Identity Access Management stream for the Security transformation project.
This includes end to end delivery, implementation and hand over to BAU teams of the following controls across all ANZ environments:
- Support of privileged access management (PAM) including vaulting of service accounts
- Managing the integration of agreed applications with the appropriate PAM tool (such as CyberArk or HashiCorp) to automate password retrieval and rotation
- Manage the onboarding of agreed applications to SailPoint (Access Manager) for Access Management and Governance
- Assist with the global rollout of Multi Factor Authentication for internal privileged user access as required by the Atlanta Central team
- Assist with the global onboarding of system accounts and privileged user accounts as required by the Atlanta Central team
Responsibilities will include
- Working with SAFe valuestreams to drive delivery across scope items including SME support and facilitation of any technical discussions with the Central teams
- Liaison with central IAM team to understand requirements, agreed solutions and global support processes
- Manage and provide regular status updates to the Remediation Program Manager on stream delivery
- Manage Risk, Issues, Dependencies within your stream
- Attend regular fortnightly RTE (Release Train Engineer) meetings to track sprint by sprint progress of the delivery commitment and respond to RTE concerns
- Attend regular Global status update meetings representing ANZ delivery
- Facilitate and connect application teams with central teams and global support processes in order for them to progress the work that is required to complete delivery.
- Manage stream financials including timesheets monitoring/approvals and tracking against budget
Core Requirements
- Experienced in driving delivery in Agile SAFe teams
- Experienced across security/Access Management domain
- Highly desired knowledge on CybarArk/HashiCorp and SailPoint platforms
- 5-10 years project management experience
- 2+ years implementing Identity management projects
- Delivery focused self-starter who is able to own and drive forward to time critical dates
- Analytical problem solver
- Great communication skills and able to synthesise detailed updates into summary Executive reporting packs
