Unique opportunity for an experienced L&D Manager to take on a project where you will be required to assist with the framework objectives and outcomes around an Innovation Management Content. With an immediate start you will be required to take on this 6 month project for a leading brand that has a strong presence in the Melbourne market.
Key duties: Innovation Management context and concepts, design and document the detailed processes, develop tool kits for the different stakeholders, design and develop training materials including facilitate guides, reference materials and tools to support each step of the process.
The successful candidate must have a strong background within Learning & Development, have the ability to understand and translate concepts/ideas through to implementation and experience in design and development of learning programs with a strong emphasis on visual design.
A keen eye for detail is essential with the ability to create clear instructions, combined with strong influencing skills.
