Job description
This transport organisation, based in Geelong are looking for a Lodgement Officer to join their team to act as the first point of contact for clients seeking support. The ideal candidate will have a focus on excellent customer service as well as being a team player.
Main responsibilities:
- Providing first call resolution upon lodging enquiries
- Conducting client interviews and application reviews to gain further information
- Analysing and interpreting information
- Joining in with training to ensure that all contact with internal and external stakeholders meet organisation standards
You will need:
- Previous call centre experience would be advantageous
- Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience working in a fast paced environment, having to priortise tasks
- Previous experience within the transport industry would be beneficial
