Job description

This transport organisation, based in Geelong are looking for a Lodgement Officer to join their team to act as the first point of contact for clients seeking support. The ideal candidate will have a focus on excellent customer service as well as being a team player.

Main responsibilities:

  • Providing first call resolution upon lodging enquiries
  • Conducting client interviews and application reviews to gain further information
  • Analysing and interpreting information
  • Joining in with training to ensure that all contact with internal and external stakeholders meet organisation standards

You will need:

  • Previous call centre experience would be advantageous
  • Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience working in a fast paced environment, having to priortise tasks
  • Previous experience within the transport industry would be beneficial
