About the role
I am looking for an experienced Office Manager to join a well-established organisation based in Sydney CBD. This is a 10 month Fixed Term Maternity Leave Contract with the potential to extend to 12 months. 

As the Office Manager, you will be providing support to the EA to CEO, and Senior Leadership Team along with providing office management duties to the wider office.
Duties to include:

  • Raising order requests
  • Document preparation i.e. compile and collate agendas, presentations, and reports
  • Raise invoices Preparation of operations manuals and compliance 
  • Assistance with significant projects
  • PA Function to three Directors
  • Diary Management
  • Meeting Coordination
  • Project manage office moves and fit outs accordingly
  • Oversee deliveries and incoming mail
  • Coordinate the day to day running of the office
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • General Office Management duties
  • Be the first point of contact for all queries 
  • Coordinate travel bookings 
  • Act as the 'go to' person in the office 
  • Coordinate internal events and meetings 
  • Supervising the office coordinator and administration team  

Experience needed:

  • 2-5 years experience in an EA/Office Management focused role
  • High level communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and part of a team
  • Positive approach to work and colleagues
  • High level attention to detail
  • Highly organised
