About the company

My client is part of a global group of property businesses, they are a real estate developer, owner and operator with a focus on key metropolitan areas most closely tied with consumption and global trade.

About the role

Your main role will be Bid/Tender Coordination with some PA support to the Head of Developments. 
You will be required to:

  • Liaise with all members of the developments team from initiation to contract execution
  • Create and format large tender documents and manage the project timeline
  • Coordinate and respond to inquiries from clients
  • Act as a primary point of contract in the coordination of multiple stakeholders and their relevant commercial input to submissions
  • Coordinate first class presentation material – preserving exceptional brand standards, maintaining governance and meeting the client’s needs
  • Support the Head of Developments in a PA capacity – travel bookings, meeting management and administration

About you

  • Minimum five years previous experience in a similar role
  • Strong anlaytical, problem solving, organisational and project management skills
  • A positive attitude, proactive approach and willingness to help others
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
