About the company:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the payroll team to ensure all Australian & International payrolls are paid accurately and on time
  • Ensure all statutory payments are made accurately and on time
  • Ensure appropriate compliance activities are undertaken to ensure the accuracy of any manual processes 
  • Mentor, train and develop staff members
  • Build and maintain strong internal & external stakeholder relationships


Key Requirements

  • You will be a strong leader with proven experience managing teams, whilst maintaining BAU processes
  • Understanding of working with multiple EBA’s
  • Experience with international payroll will be an advantage
  • Strong experience in mentoring, developing and increasing performance
