Payroll Manager
About the company:
This recognisable global tech brand is going from strength to strength with new plans to break into new markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the payroll team to ensure all Australian & International payrolls are paid accurately and on time
- Ensure all statutory payments are made accurately and on time
- Ensure appropriate compliance activities are undertaken to ensure the accuracy of any manual processes
- Mentor, train and develop staff members
- Build and maintain strong internal & external stakeholder relationships
Key Requirements
- You will be a strong leader with proven experience managing teams, whilst maintaining BAU processes
- Understanding of working with multiple EBA’s
- Experience with international payroll will be an advantage
- Strong experience in mentoring, developing and increasing performance
