Payroll Support Administrator
- 12-month FTC | IMM Start
- $25 - $30 Per Hour + super
- Customer Focus role with a high intensity team

This Company is one of Australia's largest equipment rental company operating in every Australian state and territory as well Asia.
About the Role
This role is needing someone with high level of customer service via Phone and face to face with clients. As well as:
- Demonstrate Safety Leadership by leading and contributing in accordance to WHS
- Manage Payroll Inbox and LANDesk Enquiries as well as Phone Calls to the Payroll Office
- File and Retrieve Documents as required
- Manage On-Boarding and New Starter Process and Setup in Peoplehub
- Assist with Compliance Requirements – CRM Leave Reporting, Kronos Negative Leave, Medical Certificates as determined
- Kronos Exception Reporting as required
- Reporting – ABS
- Process changes to Allowance, Deduction, Tax and Superannuation Adjustments for Employee’s Payroll
- Issue Payroll Related Documents to Employees upon request e.g. Payment Summaries, Payslips, Confirmation Letters, Separation Certificates
- Assist with Income Protection and Workers Compensation Report Requests
- Undertake any additional duties that are within your skill set and safe

- Strong communication and presentation skills with attention to detail
- Ability to effectively work autonomously and as apart of a team when required
- Ability to communicate with a variety of people
- Intermediate computer skills across multiple platforms particularly MS PowerPoint, Word
- Previous Payroll processing experience
