Job description
- Responsible for supporting Heads of Product in monitoring and reporting product performance
The Role:
- Ensure operational practices comply with regulations, standards, and laws
- Assist in developing competitor analysis of products
- Update and submit Product performance status report
- Interpretation and dissection of product performance metrics
- Interpret performance data and measures to identify key concepts and trends
- Assist in data analysis
- Assist in developing product features to ensure a competitive and marketable range of products
- Support the design, implementation, monitoring and continuous improvement of sound business processes across Actuarial / Product stream
- Using the Continuous Improvement Process, identify processes requiring improvement, coordinate prioritisation and implementation of these improvements using appropriate tools and techniques
- Effectively interpreting and providing analytical solutions to the business owners
The requirements:
- 2 + years’ Experience within the General Insurance industry or financial services industry
- Knowledge on applicable legislative and regulatory policies
- Demonstrated ability to co-ordinate and prepare senior leadership reporting and committee documentation
- Highly skilled in interpreting data analytics
- Experience writing high quality documentation and reports
- Strong Stakeholder management and communication skills
- High attention to detail and a positive can do attitude
