Job description

  • 3-month temp assignment - ASAP Start!
  • Mascot Location 
  • $30-35 per hour + Super 

Our client, a global leader in its field is looking for an experienced Purchasing Officer/Administrator for a 3-month full-time temporary assignment in Mascot.

As the Purchasing Officer, your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Processing orders 
  • Generating quotes
  • Compliance Administration
  • Monitor purchase requisitions 
  • Updating purchase orders
  • Manage invoice issues and reclamations
  • Document preparation 
  • Scanning and filing 
  • General administration duties to support the team

The successful candidate would ideally have:

  • Experienced in Administration/Purchasing
  • Excellent customer service experience both written and verbal 
  • Experienced in using MS Suite - Particularly Excel (Advanced)
  • Experienced in using SAP
  • High attention to detail 
  • Ability to manage a busy and varied workload
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
