Job description
Responsibilities:
- Management of the switchboard and directing calls appropriately
- Concierge duties including meeting and greeting guests and clients
- Ensuring meeting rooms are immaculate
- Providing an excellent service over the phone and face-to-face
- Logging details on the system and assisting to enter helpdesk queries
- Ensuring access and security passes are provided
- Ad hoc administration
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a reception position is essential
- Excellent phone manner
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Fantastic presentation
- High attention to detail
- The ability to manage conflicting priorities
