Job description


  • Management of the switchboard and directing calls appropriately
  • Concierge duties including meeting and greeting guests and clients
  • Ensuring meeting rooms are immaculate 
  • Providing an excellent service over the phone and face-to-face
  • Logging details on the system and assisting to enter helpdesk queries 
  • Ensuring access and security passes are provided
  • Ad hoc administration 


  • Previous experience in a reception position is essential 
  • Excellent phone manner
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Fantastic presentation 
  • High attention to detail
  • The ability to manage conflicting priorities
