About the company 
Our client are a leading disability service with a global presence. Our Client are currently looking for a Receptionist with a strong ability to remain patient and kind in their service delivery. 

Responsibilities  
The successful candidate will also be responsible for the following:  

  • Managing inbound calls; address queries over the phone from support workers, as well as individuals who live with disabilities 
  • Greet clients and customers at reception 
  • Administrative support to the team 
  • Support enquiries and put calls through to the relevant departments  
  • Ad hoc duties 


Skills 

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills - must be professional, approachable, patient and polite 
  • Experience working in a receptionist or customer service role
  • Health or NFP experience advantageous 
  • Must conduct oneself with a patient and kind demeanor 
  • High attention to detail 
  • Competency with IT systems 
  • Must be well presented
