Day to Day Duties 

  • Reception duties - including answering phones, greeting clients, making tea or coffee
  • Filing and Scanning
  • Answering calls and taking detailed messages, making appointments, scheduling meeting rooms
  • General office administration
  • ATO portal administration
  • Ad hoc duties as required

Experience needed

  • 2+ years’ minimum experience in a Corporate Receptionist position
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Accountancy Firm background is highly desirable
  • Attention to detail 
  • Ability to work to deadlines and changing priorities
  • Ability to multitask and work autonomously
  • Bubbly, fun, outgoing personality
