- 6-month contract – CBD Based

About the role
As the Requirements Engineer, you will work with highly driven, like-minded professionals, committed to delivering the best solution, in order to successfully delivery one of Australia’s flagship infrastructure projects
Key Responsibilities
- Lead implementation groups and support integration team for the project requirements management throughout delivery
- Champion the ongoing maintenance of SPR/ IRS in DOORS and the related traceability, monitoring and assessment of changes and impacts
- Manage DOORS files (import/ export) and the application of DXL scripts;
- Review Contractors SWTC and IRS RVTM and related V&V compliance reporting
- Review AEO contractors' requirement documentation and support their traceability/compliance demonstration
- Lead integrated SPR compliance demonstration
- Lead support in contractors SWTC V&V and streamline process if required
- Lead requirements change control process and related impact consultation with stakeholders
- Chair requirement integration technical meetings and participating in technical forums where requested
- Provide support and guide via working groups on ASA standards and industry practice consultation
To be considered, you will have the following
- Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering) or equivalent (Post graduate Systems Engineering qualifications are well regarded)
- Demonstrated experience in requirements engineering and management including derivation, elicitation, analysis and allocation of requirements, verification and validation activities with advanced competency in tools (IBM Rational DOORS 9.6)
- Railway domain knowledge a strong advantage but not essential
