This multifaceted origination is service focused with a priority around safety. They need an astute Scheduling Administrator to allocate jobs, rosters and ensure clear communication throughout.
With an immediate start, this will be initially a 6 month contract but with a view for permanent, longer term work. Key responsibilities will include; planning and allocating jobs, re-scheduling to cover unplanned leave and changes in resources available, managing client stakeholders, responding to enquirers, process improvement where required, analysis of data and general system maintenance.
The successful candidate must have similar experience in a scheduling role ideally within the energy, utilities or public transport sectors to the hit the ground running. Candidates must have strong attention to detail, excellent communications skills and have advanced knowledge of MS Excel. It is essential you have a comprehensive understanding of ad hoc and automated scheduling methods and a proactive attitude towards work. Candidates with solid Project Coordination experience will also be considered of this opportunity,
