About the role:
I am looking for an experienced Project Coordinator/Site Administrator to join a well-established business located in Balmain.  This is a full time 8:00am-4:30pm, 6 month contract with the potential to extend.  The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:
The responsibilities for the role include:

  • Provide administrative support with internal data bases
  • Create end of month reports using Excel (Advanced)
  • Manage and process Purchase Orders 
  • Filing and document control 
  • Coordinate and schedule contractors on site 
  • Data processing 
  • Minute taking 
  • Handling incoming enquiries between subcontractors and the client 
  • General Administration  

I am looking for candidates with the following experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Project Coordinator or a similar role
  • Planning, logistics admin experience
  • Advanced Microsoft office experience in Excel and Word
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Summarising data, planning and managing senior governance forums and report collation for executive audience

Unfortunately, candidates on a Working Holiday Visa will not be considered due to the length of the assignment and the potential for the role to go over 6 months.
