About you
- Previous Talent Acquisition Specialist experience
- Sound knowledge and experience in best practice recruitment processes
- Demonstrated strategic sourcing capabilities with experience using broad suite of search tools and technologies
- Previous experience working with talent acquisition metrics and reporting
- Business Partnering experience
About the role
- Develop and lead the talent acquisition framework and lifecycle
- Work with the business to ensure a talent pipeline to meet the current and future needs of the business
- Develop the skills and capability of hiring managers
- Take the lead in implementing talent acquisition technologies
- Support other People initiatives to drive engagement and culture
