A large and successful Insurance business who pride themselves on delivering only the best quality products and services are looking for an Administration Assistant to become an integral part of their team.

 

About the role

A position has become available for an energetic and enthusiastic Administration professional who will be required to support the support a busy team in the delivery of day to day administrative tasks as required.

 

You will be required to:

  • Perform general administrative and clerical duties as directed.
  • Transition a Manual from Lotus Notes to Sharepoint – Finalise Sharepoint build, transition relevant sections from old platform to new platform following mapping framework, engage with SMEs to update sections as required, format to a finalised state.
  • Data entry within business systems.
  • Assist with data entry.
  • Assist with share mailbox management.
  • Assist with updating status of action items in Teams and follow stakeholders up for supporting evidence.
  • Account processing.

 

About you

  • Proficient understanding in the use of MS software (SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Understanding of Oracle AP processes (desirable).
  • Understanding of Office365 applications – OneNote, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook.

 

 

Ideally the candidate will have strong attention to detail and good written communication style, be able to work under instruction but also independently and be familiar with Sharepoint, Excel, Outlook and Teams.
