About the CompanyWe are looking for an experienced Administrator to join a NSW Government Agency in Sydney Olympic Park on contract until the end of the year! In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, supporting a variety of activities that keep things running smoothly.

About the Role
- Provide a range of secretariat and administrative services, including coordinating meetings, preparing minutes/papers/briefings and managing workflow, travel and meeting management
- Communicate with all relevant stakeholders to resolve enquiries and ensure the provision of accurate information, timely and effective resolution of matters
- Utilising intermediate computer skills across various operating systems
- A strong understanding of confidential information handling, adhering to organizational and legal standards.
- 2-5 years' experience in an administrative role, ideally with government experience
- Experience with financial and purchasing processes
- Ability to manage competing tasks with high attention to detail and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
- Intermediate computer skills - experience with Microsoft Office, Power BI, Coupa & HPE Content Manager
