    About the company 
    You will be working with the second largest governing body for schools Globally supporting the Director, as well as the broader team with Administrative Support. This is an exciting full time permanent position and a magnitude of opportunity with this business.  

 

Responsibilities 

  • High level admin support
  • Calendar management 
  • Minute taking
  • Supporting team with a variety of projects and admin support
  • First point of contact for the team over the phone
  • Managing communication flow 
  • Organizing and coordinating meetings 
  • Liaising with key stakeholders – internal and external 

 

About you 

  • Ideally previous experience as a Team Assistant or Senior Administrator
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills - strong written and verbal communicator 
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • High attention to detail
  • High level of technology skills
  • Maintain professionalism
