    • South East location close to public transport
    • Immediate start, 3 month contract
    • Previous Local Government experience desirable


About the company

An exciting opportunity to join a busy Local Government authority based in the south eastern suburbs. You will providing high level administration support to the Community Service Team. 


Key Responsibilities include

  • Scheduling and managing the test central appointment booking system
  • A high volume of data entry and administration
  • Interacting with internal departments, stakeholders and the municipality providing excellent customer service
  • Assist with document preparation and responding to general correspondence
  • Prepare purchase orders for office stationary and other goods as required
  • Create and manage a resource library


To be successful in this temporary assignment you will

  • Have previous experience using TRIM, Objective or Data works system
  • Be experienced with the MS Office suite package
  • Have excellent written and analytical ability, in particular with accurate spelling and alpha-numeric data entry
  • Be able to work well under pressure
  • Be hard-working, organized and able to prioritize your workload 
  • Current Victoria’s Drivers Licence, Working with Children and Police Checks
