Job description

This well know global company with offices based in the Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne have an opening for a Collections Specialist to join their team. The role requires an individual with at least 1 years experience in a similar role in a high volume / call centre environment ideally with customer collections.

Key responsibilities will include;

  • Managing high volume inbound and outbound calls
  • Exploring options regards customer account arrears to minimise loss/escalation
  • Passing on debts for escalated / legal action where necessary
  • Maintain records, documents and other administration duties

Skills & Experience

  • Call centre collections experience
  • Ability to build rapport and communicate professionally with customers and internal stakeholders both written and verbally
  • Excellent accuracy and time management skills
  • Financial Services experience (desirable)
