This is a large education brand located in Melbourne's CBD. Currently looking for a skilled and experience Executive Assistant to join the super warm and welcoming Governance and Strategy team on 6-month temporary basis with potential for a permanent opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating board and committee meetings; preparing agendas, organising venues, taking minutes
- Diary and calendar management
- Liaising with stakeholders to coordinate presentations, reports from sub-committees and various other key stakeholders
- Prepare correspondence of meeting outcomes
- Supporting data bases, administrative systems and processes and policies to ensure all information is accurately stored and accessible
- Other duties as required by the Leadership team.
About you
- Ideally previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Committee Administrator or High-level Administrator
- Exceptional interpersonal skills - strong written and verbal communicator
- Strong relationship management skills
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders to meet deadlines
- High attention to detail
- High level of technology skills
- Maintain professionalism at all times
- Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic working environment
