This is a large education brand located in Melbourne's CBD. Currently looking for a skilled and experience Executive Assistant to join the super warm and welcoming Governance and Strategy team on 6-month temporary basis with potential for a permanent opportunity.  

 

Responsibilities 

  • Coordinating board and committee meetings; preparing agendas, organising venues, taking minutes 
  • Diary and calendar management 
  • Liaising with stakeholders to coordinate presentations, reports from sub-committees and various other key stakeholders 
  • Prepare correspondence of meeting outcomes  
  • Supporting data bases, administrative systems and processes and policies to ensure all information is accurately stored and accessible 
  • Other duties as required by the Leadership team. 

About you 

  • Ideally previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Committee Administrator or High-level Administrator  
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills - strong written and verbal communicator  
  • Strong relationship management skills 
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders to meet deadlines 
  • High attention to detail 
  • High level of technology skills 
  • Maintain professionalism at all times 
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic working environment
