Job description
Lead a portfolio that has purpose, complexity and depth.We’re hiring a Senior Recruitment Consultant to take ownership of a well-established desk spanning NSW Government, Universities and the Not-for-Profit sector, three markets that value long-term relationships, quality delivery and genuine commercial partnership.
This is a role for someone who knows their recruitment craft and wants to use it in sectors that impact and a desk with growth.
Charterhouse Partnership is a privately owned Recruitment business that has been operating for over 20 + years and value ''People Over Placements'.
What you’ll own
- Your own 360 portfolio across Government, University and NFP clients
- Mid–senior recruitment across corporate services, finance and leadership
- Long-term stakeholder management and strategic client development
- Market insights, talent advisory and execution of end-to-end search assignments
- Strong recruitment experience (agency) with proven delivery
- Ability to manage complex briefs and diverse stakeholders
- Commercial agility combined with a values-driven approach
- Confidence operating in environments that expect professionalism, quality conversations and genuine partnership
- High-engagement clients and repeatable business
- Opportunity to become a subject-matter specialist in Gov/HE/NFP
