Role summary
This role fits in to the Credit Control team and is essential to ensure management of all facets if the credit function. As well as this, the role will support the implementation and enhancement of current credit policies and procedures. Working closely with the team of Credit controllers to actively reduce the debt ledger.
About the role
- Oversight of outstanding debtors
- Continuous improvement of debtor collection processes
- Engagement with all relevant parties to achieve monthly collection targets
- Contribution to the development of National Credit Control Policies
- Invoice and statement distribution through means of bulk email
- Adherence to and assistance with the development of National Credit Control Policies, as well as identification of gaps within the policies
Skills & experience
- Previous employment within a professional services setting, within a similar role
- A relevant diploma or equivalent professional experience
- Effective organisation and time management skills, as well as the ability to work autonomously/collaboratively within a team environment
- Knowledge of all relevant financial regulations and compliance requirements
