About the role
My client is an ASX Financial Services leader
Due to growth, they are seeking a Customer Service super star
Responsibilities:
- Confident communication and follow through on daily responsibilities
- Building strong networks with internal and external clients
- Responsible for the management of a variety of customer queries
- Proactively contact customers and internal stakeholders to resolve customer cases and queries
- Be actively available to answer inbound calls and email queries from customers
Essential
- Demonstrated ability in a fast-paced customer service environment, ideally 1 years' experience in call centre setting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail, problem-solving skills and ability to multitask
- Must be PR
- If successful a police check will be conducted
