Customer Service Coordinator- 12-month temporary assignment
- ASAP start | WFH flexibility

- $36 per hour + super
We currently have an opportunity for a Customer Service Coordinator to join a leading residential property group on a temporary contract. The role will see you working across a portfolio of landmark apartment developments, including NSW, QLD and VIC. During your assignment, you may also have the opportunity to provide virtual support across other interstate developments.
Reporting to the National Customer Assist Manager and working closely with the wider coordination and administration team, this position requires someone with strong customer service and maintenance administration experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, internal stakeholders and external partners, delivering service that exceeds expectations.
- Handling customer-generated warranty and maintenance enquiries, defect rectification, and product-related questions.
- Providing regular updates to customers, coordinating appointment times with trades, and booking works.
- Requesting and managing trade quotes, obtaining approvals, and processing invoices.
- Ensuring maintenance and rectification activities are carried out cost-effectively, meeting agreed targets.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues, subcontractors, suppliers, building managers and consultants.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused administration role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel and Word (PowerPoint also desirable).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with excellent phone etiquette.
- Well-developed organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
- Full working rights in Australia
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred but not essential).
- An understanding of construction methodology, building regulations and standards would be highly regarded.
- A proactive, caring and customer-focused attitude, with the ability to follow processes and take direction.
