Job description

Administration professionals required across multiple Government roles in Sydney. Great company culture and supportive working environment across NSW Government departments.

 

If you’re experienced in Administration, Project Support or Business Support and looking for a new opportunity, we have some great roles currently available.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Secretarial support including coordinating meetings and travel arrangements
  • Responding to enquiries and issues ensuring accurate information and effective resolution
  • Liaise with relevant internal and external stakeholders across multiple departments to arrange meetings, approvals, etc
  • Coordinating and managing records/databases
  • Gather, collate and prepare documentation, reports and correspondence
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, policies and procedures
  • Assisting with monthly expenditures duties, including processing of invoices and expense reconciliation
  • Project support and administration

 

About you

  • Proficient understanding in the use of MS software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • SAP and TRIM experience desired
  • Government experience preferred but not essential
  • Enthusiastic with an ability to multitask and work in a busy environment
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Motivated and proactive team player who can work to deadlines
