Job description
Customer Service Team Leader- Permanent role
- Located in Macquarie Park - onsite 5 days per week
- $105,000 - $110,000 + super
- ASAP start for the right candidate!
Duties and responsibilities:
- Team Leadership & Staff Management – Lead, mentor, and coach a small team to deliver exceptional service and manage day-to-day staff matters across multiple sites.
- Customer Service Excellence – Provide and model outstanding customer service in all interactions, handling escalations, complaints, and feedback effectively.
- Sales & Business Development – Drive sales performance, identify growth opportunities, and ensure sales targets are met in line with budget and strategic goals.
- Operational Coordination – Oversee daily service logistics, bookings, permits, quotations, invoicing, and compliance with company policies and CRM accuracy.
- Stakeholder & Relationship Management – Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to maintain strong relationships and ensure service quality.
- 4+ years of experience working in Customer Service
- 2+ years of experience as a Team Leader/Manager in a Customer Service environment
- Moderate IT skills - good ability to pick up new systems/CRMs
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent time management experience
- Current Driver's License
