Customer Service Team Leader
  • Permanent role
  • Located in Macquarie Park - onsite 5 days per week 
  • $105,000 - $110,000 + super

The Customer Service Team Leader is responsible for leading and delivering a seamless range of sales and customer service activities. This role oversees the day-to-day operations of a team, ensuring compliance with processes, accuracy in documentation, and the consistent delivery of high-quality service across multiple locations. The position plays a key role in supporting clients throughout their service journey, driving sales performance, enhancing customer experiences, and identifying opportunities for operational improvement and business growth.

Duties and responsibilities: 
  • Team Leadership & Staff Management – Lead, mentor, and coach a small team to deliver exceptional service and manage day-to-day staff matters across multiple sites.
  • Customer Service Excellence – Provide and model outstanding customer service in all interactions, handling escalations, complaints, and feedback effectively.
  • Sales & Business Development – Drive sales performance, identify growth opportunities, and ensure sales targets are met in line with budget and strategic goals.
  • Operational Coordination – Oversee daily service logistics, bookings, permits, quotations, invoicing, and compliance with company policies and CRM accuracy.
  • Stakeholder & Relationship Management – Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to maintain strong relationships and ensure service quality.
Experience and qualifications: 
  • 4+ years of experience working in Customer Service
  • 2+ years of experience as a Team Leader/Manager in a Customer Service environment
  • Moderate IT skills - good ability to pick up new systems/CRMs
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 
  • Excellent time management experience
  • Current Driver's License
