Customer Success Manager – Graduate/ Legal Background

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established, global tech company that is pioneering the use of AI in the legal sector. Recognised internationally for their innovation and rapid growth, they work with clients across more than 60 countries – from leading law firms to global household brands.

This is an opportunity to join their expanding Customer Success team in Sydney. You’ll play a key role in helping customers maximise value from the platform, while driving adoption, engagement, and long-term success.

The Role 
  • Managing the customer journey post-sale, from onboarding to long-term engagement.
  • Delivering training and best practice advice to a wide range of customers.
  • Acting as the voice of the customer, sharing feedback with internal teams.
  • Partnering with Sales, Product and Support teams to deliver a seamless experience.
  • Identifying opportunities for account growth and expansion.
  • Analysing usage data to improve customer satisfaction and reduce churn.
  • Domestic and occasional international travel to meet with clients face-to-face.
About You
  • Outgoing, confident and personable – able to build strong connections quickly.
  • A strong academic background – a minimum 2:1 degree (or equivalent) is required, with a first-class result preferred.
  • Highly organised with strong multitasking ability.
  • Analytical and tech-savvy, comfortable learning new systems.
  • A clear and engaging communicator, both written and verbal.
  • Proactive, customer-focused, and solution-oriented.
  • Ideally degree-qualified in a relevant field.
