The Opportunity
This hands-on role suits a technically minded email specialist who enjoys building and optimising templates rather than writing content. You’ll manage end-to-end email campaign execution in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)—from setup and testing through to deployment and reporting—using content supplied by stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, modify and maintain responsive HTML email templates and modules.
- Configure and execute campaigns in SFMC, including audience selection, sends, and journeys.
- Conduct thorough QA and rendering tests across major email clients and devices.
- Implement tracking, monitor performance, and produce actionable reports.
- Uphold brand guidelines, accessibility, and best practice in email development.
- Partner with internal comms stakeholders to deliver timely, accurate campaigns.
- Proven experience executing email campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (essential).
- Solid HTML and CSS for email; exposure to JavaScript or SQL highly regarded.
- Experience with email QA tools and cross-client rendering.
- Familiarity with deliverability, segmentation, and personalisation concepts.
- Background in email marketing or marketing operations (ideal).
- Strong attention to detail, version control discipline, and clear communication.
- Work with a market leader on visible, high-impact internal campaigns.
- Part-time flexibility (20 hrs/week) with a long-term, extendable contract.
