  • Join a supportive HR team in a purpose driven organisation
  • On site parking | Starting Mid-March (until Mid-May, with the possibility of extension)
  • Support the HR team with generalist HR administrative duties whilst there is leave in the team
 

About the company

Our client a purpose driven organisation in the south eastern suburbs of Melbourne is looking for a HR administrator to join them on a contract to cover leave in the team. You will be reporting into the HR Manager and working alongside two others in the HR team.

You will play a key role in assisting with HR operations while working alongside experienced HR practitioners.

It is a full-time position, working Monday – Friday. The role is to start mid-March, and is initially contracted until mid-May, but could lead to further work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the HR team
  • Assist with recruitment processes, onboarding, and employee records management
  • Coordinate training, performance appraisals, and HR-related documentation
  • Support with compliance and HR reporting
  • Assist in various HR projects and initiatives
About You:

  • Proven experience in an HR administration role or similar
  • System savvy | Experience working with a HRIS
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment
  • Strong IT skills, especially with HR software and MS Office
  • Proactive and able to manage time effectively
