About the Company

Join this medium sized community based Not-for-Profit who make a significant impact to the lives of people within our community.  Working alongside the HR Manager and HR Officer, to provide the highest level of customer service to their stakeholders as well as a focus on accuracy and attention to detail. The role is an initial a 12 month contract, with some flexibility working from home. The offices are based near to Maribyrnong.

About the role

  • Organising interviews
  • Posting adverts to various job boards
  • Co-ordinating background checks
  • Preparing employment contracts
  • HR reporting
  • Supporting the Talent lead with People initiatives and the full framework and lifecycle of recruitment
  • Building rapport with key stakeholders


About you

  • Previous experience with HR/Recruitment
  • Sound knowledge and experience in best practice recruitment processes
  • Previous experience working with talent acquisition metrics and reporting
  • A positive and proactive attitude towards work
