Your key responsibilities include:
  • Driving operational HR across the entire employee lifecycle
  • Supporting leaders with performance management
  • Coach and Mentor business leaders in effective people performance
  • Execute performance reviews and remuneration
  • Partnering with business leaders in relations to ER matters from start to end
  • Talent development and interpretation of award and legislation.
  • Delivery of HR Projects around performance, engagement and succession planning
To be successful in this role you must:
  • Qualifications in HR, Industrial Relation, or Business Studies essential
  • Strong HR Advisory and combined BP experience
  • Have strong interpersonal- and organisational skills as well as analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Have HR experience with influencing, coaching, relationship building
  • Ability to prioritise workload and stakeholder expectations
  • Experience in negotiation and conflict resolution
  • Ability to seek out HR related projects and coordinate them to completion
  • Be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion
