About the Role:
You need to be able to assist in the delivery of effective corporate business systems within the framework of the organisations policies and strategies.
- General application troubleshooting
- Provision of support in the operation of the organisation business systems and corporate databases to ensure they continue to support organisation needs
- Assist implementation of new systems
- You will report directly to the coordinator
- Develop and maintain application user groups within council and represent these interests to vendors where appropriate
- Maintain productive relationships with external suppliers
- Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
- Providing support to the coordinator as required
About You:
- Must have a degree in either, Business Information Systems, Information Technology or Computer Science
- Experience with Civica Authority is a MUST
- Excellent relationship management skills, as well as highly developed communication skills both verbal and written
- Experience in programming and software development methodologies
- Strong analytical skills capable of understanding complex software systems
- Be able to provide quality user support
- Advanced teamwork skills, must be able to connect with colleagues and work together toward common goals
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to set priorities and follow direction to plan and organise.
- Ability to work autonomously and seek guidance when necessary
- Proof of vaccination certificate
