About the Role:

You need to be able to assist in the delivery of effective corporate business systems within the framework of the organisations policies and strategies.

  • General application troubleshooting
  • Provision of support in the operation of the organisation business systems and corporate databases to ensure they continue to support organisation needs
  • Assist implementation of new systems
  • You will report directly to the coordinator
  • Develop and maintain application user groups within council and represent these interests to vendors where appropriate
  • Maintain productive relationships with external suppliers
  • Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Providing support to the coordinator as required

About You:

  • Must have a degree in either, Business Information Systems, Information Technology or Computer Science
  • Experience with Civica Authority is a MUST
  • Excellent relationship management skills, as well as highly developed communication skills both verbal and written
  • Experience in programming and software development methodologies
  • Strong analytical skills capable of understanding complex software systems
  • Be able to provide quality user support
  • Advanced teamwork skills, must be able to connect with colleagues and work together toward common goals
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to set priorities and follow direction to plan and organise.
  • Ability to work autonomously and seek guidance when necessary
  • Proof of vaccination certificate
